The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) came into effect on 25th May 2018. They included new requirements for schools on how they use pupil and parent data.
GDPR is a law relating to data protection and regulates how organisations and individuals within the organisation obtain, store and remove personal data.
Christ Church Primary School is committed to ensuring that all personal information is secure. We take data security very seriously and are fully compliant with the regulations.
Christ Church CoE Primary School is the Data Controller.
Our Data Protection Officer is Miss Donna Cobb.
The Governor responsible for our compliance is Barry Wellard.
