Thank you for expressing an interest in our Nursery Provision.

Our purpose built Nursery unit is called ‘The Hive’ and is always full of our own little ‘busy bees’!

Our Nursery teacher is called Miss Hallam and she is assisted by Mrs Bruce and Mrs Braithwaite who also look after any nursery children who stay for lunch.

Our morning session runs from 8.45am to 11.45am.

Our afternoon session runs from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.

Children can also stay to our lunch club (11.45am – 12.30pm) which costs £5 per day. At an additional charge of £2.55, they can have a freshly cooked hot meal from the kitchen.

Our nursery classroom is bright and spacious, and can currently accommodate 26 children per session for children aged 3 & 4 years old.

All nursery children are able to access 15 hours funded places, and we are able to offer additional paid sessions if this is requested.

We also offer 30 hours funded childcare to eligible families. Please click on this link to find out more and apply https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/

Please be aware that free funded places are only available from the term after your child turns 3 years old. If you would like your child to attend any sessions before this, these would be chargeable.

Our sessions (3 hours) are currently charged at £15 per child per session.

If you are interested in your child joining our school nursery we would recommend that you contact the school office no more than six months before your child turns three. Further information will be shared with you at your visit.
